Crossover fic between Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Torchwood (and sometimes Doctor Who).

Word count so far: Oh, well over 200k words.
Rating: Chapters ranging from PG to NC-17. Mostly PG-13>R with one or two NC-17 chapters. But that doesn’t really matter since they’re important chapters and yeah I’ll shaddup now.
Summary: Changes per story :)

Name: Magic and Mayhem at the Rift
Rating: PG-13 – NC-17
Pairing: Jack/Ianto, Buffy/Spike, Xander/Anya, Willow/Tosh, Gwen/Rhys, implied Owen/Faith
Warning: Crossover insanity, the presence of vampires and demons on the rift and some mature content. Word Count/Chapters: 58,000+ words and 18 chapters. Complete.
Summary: The gang from Buffy come through the rift. Set after Torchwood episode Meat (2.04) and immediately after Buffy episode Older and Far Away (6.14) (just before the end, in fact), spoilers for all six seasons of Buffy and the first season of Torchwood. Also Spoilers for DW Utopia (3.11), Sound of the Drums (3.12) and Last of the Time Lords (3.13).
Disclaimer: I don't own Torchwood, if I did there would be a helluva lot more of Jack and Ianto teasing each other. If I owned Buffy, which I don't, Xander and Anya and Spike and Buffy would be together forever (not to say they will be together forever in this fic *evil grin*) and Willow wouldn't have so much damn bad luck.

Pairings/Characters: Jack/Ianto, Spike/Buffy, Willow/Tosh, Xander/Anya, Martha, Owen, Faith, some minor OCs, the Doctor, Donna.
Word Count/Chapters: 78,000+ words. 24 chapters. Complete.
Summary: The Scoobie gang, now fully integrated into the Torchwood group and settled in to their new lives, discover there’s more coming through the rift than the odd demon and alien. This story is set post Exit Wounds, so there are minor spoilers. However, I have major problems with Exit Wounds and, as such, only some of the storyline happened (same goes for Reset which, although it happened, did not end like it did in the series in my head. Dead Man Walking and A Day in the Death DID NOT HAPPEN. I’m in my happy place now ...). Episodes like Adrift, Something Borrowed and Out of the Rain did happen, though (Like I said before: happy place) and may be referred to or even flash-backed to from time to time.
Disclaimer: I don’t own Torchwood or Buffy the Vampire Slayer … I do however own the cracked story idea – and proud of it, thankyouverymuch! Hrm. I started reading this earlier today & loved every chapter I got through. I bookmarked this so that I could come back and finish reading, but now none of the links that I remember seem to be there. I feel like a moron and know that I'm probably missing something really, really obvious... However, if you could tell me where I could find links to these chapters, I'd be eternally grateful. (The karma fairy got me for not posting a nice comment - I wanted to catch up first, sigh. Bad, bad reader!)

Easiest way to find chapters without the master list is to use my tags: Verse:magic and mayhem encompasses the whole thing, each series:*name* emcompasses a story within the verse. So http://bassair.livejournal.com/tag/series:vd%26t is Vampires, Demons and Torchwood, for example.

I'm going to go and - try! - and re-make my master list. Without dying inside a million times over.
