I recently downloaded the latest patch. & my game would crash to the desktop after the intro, even though I cleared all the mods & cc.

After deleting my cache the game just gets stuck at the intro loading. Help?

So, I haven't played for a while and I went in tonight to play and my Sims are just standing around doing nothing for hours and hours and when I direct them to do something, the only choices that come up are to be "mean" to another sim or "dance together" with another sim. Has anyone had this and know what caused it?
