I wrote three drabbles and a segment of a WIP story I'm not even sure I'm going to publish at two this morning. Each drabble is EXACTLY 100 words in total. The first two are slash and Jack/Ianto. The third is het Diane/Owen.  Enjoy! :)

Name: Tradition
Rating: PG-13
Pairing:
Jack/Ianto
Summary: A little drabble I wrote at two in the morning.
Disclaimer: I don’t own Torchwood: if I did this would have happened in ‘Everything changes’ when Jack commented on Ianto’s suit.

“You do look good in a suit, but you'd look better out of it,” Jack purred to Ianto.

It was like a tradition between them: Jack flirted, Ianto accused him of harassment and life continued.

That's why Jack was stood, staring, open mouthed at an equally shocked Ianto.

“What did you say?” Jack breathed.

“I said 'Then why don’t you rip it off me, sir?'“

Jack's grinned with happiness. “I might just take you up on that offer.”

Neither of them moved, both shocked for different reasons, although personally, Ianto was surprised (and a little offended) he wasn't naked already.

Name: A conversation
Rating: PG-13
Pairing: Jack/Ianto
Summary: Another little drabble I wrote at two in the morning (I know).
Disclaimer: I don’t own Torchwood.

“Jack ... I can’t feel my feet.”

“It'll be okay, Ianto.”

“This is all your fault!”

“My fault?”

“Yes, Jack your fault! This was your idea after all.”

“You agreed it was a good one.”

“I agreed so you would stop pouting! I always want to kiss you when you pout...”

“You do, huh?”

“Focus! Jack MOVE!!!”

“Argh!”

“Shit! Jack, it hurts!”

“It could be worse...”

“Jack Harkness, stop laughing this instant!”

“It's funny!”

“There's nothing funny about pins and needles in feet. You are NEVER lying on my legs again.”

“You weren't the one who fell off the bed!”

Name: Return
Rating: PG-13
Pairings: Diane/Owen
Summary: One final little drabble I wrote at two in the morning (I know).  This one is set POST EXIT WOUNDS.
Disclaimer: I don’t own Torchwood.

It had been only seconds for her, but when she landed on the same runway a year and a half later and saw the date on the newspaper, she knew she belonged here, with him, even though she was scared.

Thusly, she was glad to see that the tourist office was still fake and see the small smile Ianto offered, though it was tinged with something sad.

It was the Captain that broke the news to the once strong Diane Holmes, causing her to, for the first and last time in her life, break down and cry over a man.

17th-Jun-2008 10:49 am - DRABBLE: Ghost Machine
SJA// Luke
Name: Ghost Machine
Rating: PG
Summery: Ianto's in need of some comfort while Jack is away. (Set between End of Days and Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang.)
Disclaimer: I don't own Torchwood. -sob-

This was written at half past two in the morning on my handheld computer. Forgive me.

It had been almost a year since Gwen had grabbed the Ghost Machine from Bernie and Ianto had been asked to lock it away.

Now, Jack had vanished, everything was going to hell in a handbasket and Ianto had never felt so alone.

So, once Tosh, Gwen and Owen had, as Owen so eloquently put it, 'buggered off home', Ianto found himself, instead of going down to Jack's bedroom and curling up, surrounded by his familiar scent, going into the safe and pulling out the Ghost Machine to relive some of their past.

Holding it at chest level, Ianto closed his eyes and pressed the button.

His surroundings swam around him and he saw himself and Jack on the Captain's desk. He flushed as he saw what they were doing, but didn't want to stop watching.

After a moment he found himself back in the present.

Without realising what he was doing, he pressed the button on the other half. His surroundings swam until he was watching himself and Jack again.

Jack was wearing his usual greatcoat and Ianto was wearing a charcoal suit, ruby shirt and a red and blue tie.

He was sat on the floor, next to Jack, Jack's arm draped around his shoulders as he dozed, lazily, against his shoulder.

Jack fingered his tie, whispering, "I love this tie ... But not as much as I love you."

Finding himself back in the present, Ianto put the Ghost Machine back in the safe and left the office, leaving the hub and buying the blue tie he'd had his eye on for the past week. Burying his face in it he muttered, "I'll be waiting."

A year later, Ianto woke to find himself leaning against Jack, wearing a blue tie. He smiled up at the older man and said, gently, "I love you, too." Revelling in Jack's shocked expression, he promised himself he'd explain everything to Jack later ... right after a good's night sleep; the kind he only found resting with Jack.
